Anxiety is an emotion that is faultily activated even when there is no fear-causing stimuli. When it is activated, it brings behavioral changes also in a person. The heart rate of the person may increase, his or her body may perspire profusely, he or she may be ready either to fight or escape and so on. If someone is constantly anxious, it may change the way the person acts or behaves in his or her day-to-day life also. This changed behavior will be there even if there is no anxiety.
